At the Freeway Hotel room charges vary depending on the location chosen and the time of day (Conditions Apply).


Upper Level: Piano Bar

CAPACITY: Seated 35 to 60 persons - Standing 85

A formal dining room elegantly furnished that can be screened for a private function or extended to include the mid level, facilitating a larger group.

Mid Level: Piano Bar

CAPACITY: Seated 25 to 40 persons - Standing 65

This area is for all occasions, featuring a grand piano with various dining arrangements. The area can also be easily converted to a dance floor.

Lower Level: Piano Bar

CAPACITY: Seated 50 to 80 persons - Standing 150

Relax in style, either dining or just enjoying the moment. This area can also be extended to include Upper Level, Mid Level and our attractive outdoor Terrace area.

Terrace Level: Piano Bar

CAPACITY: Seated 35 persons - Standing 60

An attractive outside area, ideal for that lunchtime celebration or to enjoy your special event on those warmer days and nights.

"THE OFFICE" is a very exclusive room located by a private entry door to a mezzanine level of the Freeway Hotel, and features ultimate luxury in total privacy. There is no other comparable facility in Sydney. "THE OFFICE" has it all and is suitable for:

  • Wine tastings
  • Party, party, party

Built-in facilities include: Private bar facilities, four giant plasmas plus DVDs, computer and laptop connections, sound system, PA, free WiFi, state of the art disco lighting, DJ equipped, permanent stage, bathroom facilities, external covered terrace with tables and chairs. Coffee and tea options are also available.

Guests can purchase their own drinks over the bar or you are welcome to arrange a bar tab with a specified dollar limit and/or select your own list of beverages to be served at your function.

Tray service to and from the main bar is also available and will attract a charge to cover staffing.
